September Health Awareness & Initiatives

Sometimes the most important health decisions begin with a simple check-in: How am I doing? How is my family doing? And how can we better care for one another?
This September, we take a closer look at five topics that touch our lives in different ways—from protecting our mental health and helping children build healthy habits to knowing our cholesterol numbers, embracing the gift of aging, and enjoying more fruits and vegetables. While each observance highlights a different area of health, they share a common message: small choices, early conversations, and caring connections can make a meaningful difference.
As we recognize these important health observances, may we be encouraged to make our health a priority, be mindful of the needs of those around us, and remember that caring for ourselves is an important part of caring for our families and our community.
