Chester Health Bureau is working with Keystone First Wellness Center to give vaccines to the underserved. Persons who live in 19013 have first priority.
Eligible persons:
- at least 65 years old
-18-64 years of age with health issues - diabetes, cancer, chronic kidney disease, obesity
Procedure:
Rosetta Carter (Director of Community Health Education Services, Chester Health Bureau) would prefer if one person could make a list of interested persons-including the full name and telephone number. She will give to the scheduler.
The scheduler will call the person. Please tell the person who wants the vaccine to answer the phone although they won’t recognize the phone number.
